• Monthly Bookkeeping:  We'll maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including mileage totals and home office deduction tracking, for your tattooing, piercing, styling or pet grooming business, providing you with visibility for budgeting and tax planning purposes. 

• Preparation of Quarterly Tax Estimates and Vouchers: We'll calculate your estimated tax liability quarterly to keep you on track and penalty-free. 

• Business Advisory & Tax Planning: We'll provide strategic guidance and tax planning throughout the year to help minimize your tax liabilities and to maximize your financial success. 

• Comprehensive Tax Filing: We'll handle the preparation and filing of your annual individual and business federal, state, and local income tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. We'll also handle the preparation and electronic filing of any Form 1099's required for your business.

• IRS Tax Account Monitoring: We'll monitor your IRS account(s) to ensure your installment payments and estimated tax payments are applied correctly, helping you avoid surprise liens, penalties, or errors. Additionally, we'll have Power of Attorney (POA) with the IRS, enabling us to speak directly with them on your behalf to resolve any concerns, giving you peace of mind throughout the year.

• Comprehensive Payroll Services (for the S Corporation owner, additional fees apply for employees): Each month/quarter we take care of your payroll processing and the preparation and filing of any federal and state payroll tax filings, including the annual Form W-2.
